A local authority in Northamptonshire is seeking an Interim Estates Team Leader to oversee a team and manage a commercial property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for rent reviews, lease renewals, and mentoring junior surveyors. An MRICS qualification is preferred, along with Local Authority experience.

This role offers competitive daily rates of £425-£450 and a collaborative working environment with two days a week in the office.
