Monday to Friday, 14:00 22:00 Salary: £14.15 per hour (Standard Rate) | £20.73 per hour (Overtime Rate)

Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and manage a team of reworkers and co-packers to achieve daily targets and maintain high performance standards Ensure clear and effective communication with internal departments and external partners Respond quickly and effectively to changing priorities in a high-volume environment Review and plan weekly work schedules, optimising headcount and resource allocation Oversee staff deployment, manage return-to-work procedures and support disciplinary/investigation processes as required Essential Requirements Proven supervisory or team leadership experience within a similar fast-paced environment Strong computer literacy and confidence using operational systems Excellent attention to detail and a consistent focus on quality standards Demonstrated ability to motivate, develop and performance-manage a team Flexibility and resilience to adapt swiftly to operational changes .
