A highly successful privately owned main contractor is continuing its strong growth and is now seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a major £30m+ project in Northampton.

The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of a flagship project from pre-construction through to completion. Acting as the project lead, you will manage all aspects of delivery, working closely with site teams, commercial staff, consultants, and the client.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the delivery of a £30m+ construction project from start to finish

* Overall responsibility for programme, quality, health & safety, and site performance

* Manage and motivate site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners

* Maintain strong client relationships and represent the business at project meetings

* Work collaboratively with the Commercial team to control costs and manage risk

* Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company standards

* Provide accurate progress reporting to senior management
About You

* Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on £20m+ projects

* Main contractor background essential

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Commercially aware and delivery-focused

* Relevant construction qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)
