We're now looking for a First Line Manager Warehouse and Transport to oversee our warehouse operations and transport  this role, you will lead a team to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant operations, delivering exceptional service to our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions
• Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to reach new heights!
• Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
• Conduct start-of-shift briefs and end-of-shift handovers.
• Manage attendance, performance, and conduct

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within logistics, warehouse, or transport.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of transport compliance and warehouse processes
