Warehouse Manager – Moulton Park, Northampton

Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 per annum

Moulton Park, Northampton

Hours:

45 hours per week (site operates 06:00–22:00)

Contract:

Full-time, permanent

• Manage and lead warehouse teams across all operating shifts (06:00–22:00)
• Ensure safe, efficient and compliant warehouse operations
• Oversee inbound, storage, picking, packing, rework and despatch activities
• Deliver agreed service levels, KPIs and customer requirements
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and housekeeping
• Plan labour, manage rotas and control overtime and productivity
• Act as the main on-site contact for customers

• Ensure all warehouse activity is accurately captured for billing
• Liaise with the accounts team to support timely and accurate invoicing
• Resolve customer billing and activity queries

• Proven experience managing a warehouse or distribution operation
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Experience across multi-activity warehousing
• Good understanding of health & safety and operational compliance
• Commercially aware with attention to detail
• Comfortable working a 45-hour week across a 06:00–22:00 operation
