Employment type: Permanent / Full Time

Senior client-facing role combining strategic development, financial management, and operational leadership. The account director will take ownership of high‑profile contracts, lead and develop a team of managers, manage multi‑million‑pound P&Ls, oversee contract compliance, and align service delivery with strategic objectives. Regular client meetings, performance reviews, and negotiations will be key to maintaining high standards and achieving business targets.

• IOSH Directing Safely or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience managing hard and soft FM services within a multi‑site environment.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing multi‑million‑pound budgets.
• Ability to lead large, geographically dispersed teams and deliver results under pressure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
• In‑depth knowledge of employee relations and employment law.

• Salary: £78,000 – £85,000 per annum.
