Cleaning Supervisor

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join Kingdom Cleaning as a Cleaning Supervisor, working at site in Northampton, NN3 area.

On average, 42.5 hours per week Flexible, 06:30am – 09:30am, leave and return 14:30pm – 17:00pm

Pay rate: £13.16 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Cleaning Service Supervisor to oversee our cleaning staff and ensure high standards of cleanliness across the campus. The ideal candidate will manage staff schedules, conduct training, perform quality inspections, and maintain inventory to support efficient and effective cleaning operations.

• Supervision of Cleaning Staff:
  Oversee the daily activities of cleaning personnel, assigning tasks and ensuring that cleaning duties are performed to the highest standards.
• Training and Development:
  Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and the proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Quality Control:
  Conduct regular inspections of facilities to assess cleaning quality and ensure compliance with established standards.
• Scheduling:
  Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient cleaning operations.
• Inventory Management:
  Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability.
• Customer Interaction:
  Address any customer complaints or issues regarding cleanliness, ensuring prompt resolution to maintain satisfaction.
• Reporting:
  Maintain records of cleaning activities, staff attendance, and incident reports, providing regular updates to management.

• Keen attention to detail to maintain consistent cleaning standards.
• Strong organizational skills for managing staff, schedules, and supplies.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members, management, and clients.
• Experience in supervising cleaning staff preferred.
