About the Role
This is a zero‑hour contract for a Cover Cleaning position. The successful candidate will need to be flexible and will be expected to cover shifts as and when required.
Hourly Rate: £12.77
Location: Northampton, NN4 7UF

- Inducted at the start of your contract and trained in cleaning specifications and equipment use.
- Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
- Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials.
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Empty litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain health and safety standards throughout.
- Work within a team that consistently goes the extra mile.

- Have a positive, friendly attitude and a desire to help others.
- Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role and be locally based in Northampton / the surrounding area.
- Basic spoken English skills for safety and communication with team and clients.
- Good social skills and the ability to deliver service with a smile.
- A clean‑working experience is preferred, but we can train from scratch if you match our positive and thoughtful approach.
- Right to work in the UK (please bring evidence to the interview).
