Civil litigation judicial Senior Lawyer needed, £40.3ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1666751

We are looking for a full time Criminal Litigation Lawyer to deal with the following.

• Representing the Council in criminal prosecutions and other proceedings in the Magistrates’ Court, as well as proceedings involving the Council before the First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).
• Attend Licensing committees as required and advising panel members.
• Advising client departments, primarily regulatory enforcement areas.
• Supervising a small number of unqualified colleagues will be required.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
