Location: Northampton (Hybrid – 2 days office / 3 days home)

This senior role sits within the pre-litigation injury team, managing a small but complex caseload of higher-value injury matters. You’ll handle claims independently from cradle to grave, applying sound strategy and technical skill to progress files effectively. Working with a predominantly junior workforce, you’ll play a key role in supporting and mentoring colleagues while enjoying a flexible hybrid model and a culture focused on quality over volume.

• Manage a caseload of injury claims valued over £100k: build technical expertise while working quality cases
• Progress files from cradle to grave: maintain autonomy and ownership of decision-making
• Provide guidance to junior colleagues: support team development and share best practice
• Work across pre-litigation teams: gain exposure to a wide range of claims work
• Engage confidently with clients and stakeholders: apply strategic thinking and communication skills

• Strong experience in high-value motor injury, EL or PL claims
• Ability to handle cases over £100k independently
• Confident working with junior teams and supporting others
• Comfortable managing a smaller, complex caseload with minimal supervision
• Solid understanding of claims strategy and industry trends
