Contracts Manager

Contracts Manager Up to £70,000 | Reading (2 days in office) | SaaS | Full Time Perm Contract A growing SaaS technology business is looking for a commercially minded Contracts Manager to own and manage the full contract lifecycle across customer and supplier agreements. This role would suit someone with:
Contract management experience in tech/SaaS; or An in-house commercial legal background; or A Paralegal / Senior Contracts Specialist background within a SaaS business. What you'll be doing Reviewing and negotiating MSAs, DPAs, SLAs and SaaS subscription agreements Managing B2B enterprise contracts (UK/EU) Identifying and advising on commercial and legal risk Owning the contract repository, renewals and obligations tracking Supporting GDPR and data governance compliance Partnering with Sales, Procurement, Finance and Legal What we're looking for 5-8 years' relevant experience Strong SaaS contract knowledge Confident B2B negotiator Commercially pragmatic with sound risk judgement Able to manage multiple agreements simultaneously Package Salary up to £70,000 Hybrid working (2 days in Reading) 25 days holiday  bank holidays Matched pension Private medical Enhanced family leave EV salary sacrifice scheme If you're a commercially focused contracts professional who enjoys working cross-functionally in a growing tech environment, this is a strong opportunity to step into a visible, business-critical role.
