. We’re now looking for a CRM Marketing Executive who is passionate about Hub Spot and excited to take ownership of our customer journeys, data integrity, and marketing automation strategy.
This is a hands‑on role with real influence, working closely with senior leadership, sales, and marketing to turn data into growth.
The RoleYou’ll be the Hub Spot champion within the business, responsible for ensuring our CRM is structured, automated, and optimised to drive engagement, conversion, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities Hub Spot CRM & Automation- Own and manage Hub Spot across Marketing, Sales, and CRM functions.
- Build, optimise, and maintain workflows, automations, and lifecycle stages.
- Ensure data quality, segmentation, and reporting accuracy.
- Create dashboards and reports to track funnel performance, attribution, and ROI.
- Build and execute automated email journeys (lead nurturing, onboarding, re‑engagement).
- Draft and schedule newsletters, campaigns, and internal updates.
- Continuously test, refine, and optimise campaigns based on performance data.
- Track and report on CRM, email, and campaign performance.
- Analyse user behaviour and funnel drop‑off points to inform improvements.
Support SEO, paid media, and organic campaigns with CRM insights and targeting. - Work closely with sales to improve lead handover, pipeline visibility, and conversion rates.
- Support marketing campaigns with CRM logic, segmentation, and tracking.
- Act as the internal go‑to expert for Hub Spot best practices.
- Document CRM processes and improve system efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve scalability.
- Support future CRM and tech development as the business grows.
- Strong experience using Hub Spot (Marketing Hub and CRM essential).
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and confident managing multiple workflows.
- Analytical and comfortable working with data, reports, and dashboards.
- Proactive self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
- Passionate about CRM, automation, and customer lifecycle marketing.

- Hub Spot certifications.
- Experience supporting sales teams via CRM optimisation.
- Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and attribution models.
- Experience in financial services, B2B, or lead‑generation businesses.
- Familiarity with integrations, APIs, or marketing tech stacks.
- Clean, reliable CRM data with clear lifecycle tracking.
- Improved lead conversion rates through better automation and nurturing.
