As an EUC Analyst
, you’ll be a key part of our End User Computing team, providing expert deskside and walk‑up support at our Head Office in Northampton, while also supporting sites across the Southern region. You’ll work across a broad technical landscape covering EUC, infrastructure, networking, and Microsoft 365 services – helping us maintain a reliable, secure, and high‑performing environment.
As this is a regional role requiring significant travel to multiple sites
, we are offering a company car, or car allowance, as part of the compensation package.

What You’ll Do On a Typical Day- Deliver hands‑on deskside and walk‑up support at Head Office, managing incidents through Service Now and ensuring an exceptional end‑user experience
- Support end‑user devices, meeting room technology, and VC systems, maintaining consistently high standards across all Head Office collaboration spaces
- Provide on‑site LAN/WLAN support including patching, cabling, installations, and occasional UPS/battery replacements
- Manage device imaging, deployment, and refresh activities, including supporting new site implementations and local technology refresh projects
- Maintain high‑quality technical documentation, contribute to ITIL‑aligned processes, and provide mentoring and technical guidance to colleagues
- Strong organisation, analytical problem‑solving skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment
- Experience in EUC and deskside support with solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking (Aruba/Cisco), Windows Server, imaging, and device security (e.g., Bit Locker)
- Confident support knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, and Exchange
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across IT teams, business units, third‑party partners, and end users
- A professional, proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks, support projects, and adapt to travel requirements across regional sites
