CAD Replacement & EPOS Integration Programme

We are supporting a major UK retail business operating across 850 to 900 depots.

After several years of development, the business is now approaching pilot launch of a new cloud based CAD platform, with go live targeted for late April or May.

The pilot will launch into selected depots before nationwide rollout.

There is urgency. Missing key milestones triggers significant commercial penalties tied to licensing.

At the same time, a critical automation programme must integrate CAD outputs directly into the EPOS system.

Today depot teams manually re-enter every product line into the EPOS System after a design is approved.

This is a high impact delivery leadership role.

You will take ownership of the CAD to EPOS integration workstream while operating in lockstep with the Programme Manager leading the CAD replacement rollout.

• Move the integration from late discovery into structured delivery
• Own the end‑to‑end plan, milestones, risks and governance
• Align both work streams so they operate in full synchronisation
• Drive pilot readiness for late April or May
• Remove the need for senior leaders to babysit delivery
• Escalate decisively and bring control to an exposed programme

This is not a reporting role. This is hands on programme control.

Post pilot phase there is strong potential for this individual to assume wider ownership across both CAD replacement and integration.

• Senior Project Manager or Programme Manager with strong systems integration delivery experience
• Delivered POS, EPOS, ERP or retail systems integration
• Comfortable with cloud platform implementations
• Experience operating in operational, multi site environments
• Credible, assertive and delivery focused
• Able to handle cultural resistance and adoption challenge
• Calm under pressure, able to stabilise complex programmes
