As an experienced Zoho support analyst, you will provide user training on the Zoho suite this will include: supporting onboarding & off-boarding processes, user account setup & permissions, configuring & supporting dashboards, CRM automation & CRM customisation, and day-to-day general admin & support to resolve issues & implement system improvements. As well as being technically proficient with Zoho, you will also have excellent communication skills, as you will be working across the business supporting users at all levels.
This role is based in Northampton and is 5 days a week in the office. In return for hard work and dedication, my client is offering a chance to work on the latest CRM technology and a salary of £40,000 up to 15% bonus.
