Reporting to the IT Director, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily operational excellence. You will lead a talented team to maintain a secure, resilient, and high-performing environment. We are looking for a senior team member who can support the CIO and will be responsible for the help‑desk, information security, and operations team.
You will also be responsible for delivering projects for the organisation, though you won’t necessarily be expected to project‑manage yourself but can allocate projects to one of the team. Whilst you are not expected to be crawling around desks, we would like someone who is technically aware.
