We are looking for a highly capable, hands-on Senior ERP & Integration Technical Consultant to join our growing team.

This role is centred around

Unit4 ERP, but it is not limited to a single product or narrow skillset. We need someone who understands how ERP systems really work under the hood and how they connect into wider business technology.

You will beer. Deeply knowledgeable, practical, and comfortable getting stuck in. This isnot a management role. It is for someone who wants to stay close to the technology, solve complex problems, and be relied upon as a technical expert.

What You Will Be Doing

• Working hands-on across the full
  
  Unit4 ERP suite, supporting Finance, HR, Projects, Procurement and core system configuration
• Acting as a senior technical escalation point across support, managed services and project work
• Designing, building and supporting solutions using
  
  Unit4 Extension Kit
• Fully owning and supporting
  
  RERX, including configuration, troubleshooting and optimisation
• Supporting and enhancing integrations, including
  
  API-based integrationssuch as the Flower API
• Using
  
  SQLconfidently to analyse data, troubleshoot issues and validate system behaviour
• Understanding and advising on ERP architecture, data models, workflows and system design
• Supporting and mentoring other consultants and analysts through collaboration and knowledge-sharing
• Contributing to internal standards, documentation and best practice

You will be expected to pick up and supportany technical element of the services we providewhere needed.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong, hands-on experience with
  
  Unit4 ERPacross multiple functional and technical areas
• Proven experience with Extension Kit
• Strong working knowledge ofRERX
• Strong SQL skillsfor interrogation, analysis and troubleshooting
• Experience working with
  
  APIs and system integrations
• Solid understanding of ERP architecture and data structures
• Comfortable working independently and owning technical outcomes
• Able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues
