Location: Northampton

Hours: Monday to Friday office based/hybrid

Salary: up to £35k

ACS Staffing Solutions are recruiting an HR Advisor on a permanent basis to join our locally based client in supporting SME clients.

• At least 3 years’ experience in HR with up-to-date working knowledge of employment legislation and case law
• Worked in SMEs, responsible for all aspects of HR
• Used to dealing with people management challenges
• ER Casework, Investigations, Disciplinary, Dispute Resolution, Absence management
• Managed complex disciplinary and grievance cases
• Not risk averse, with the ability to advise leadership on best course of action
• Tribunal Case Management / Hearings – an advantage but not essential
• Commercial approach with knowledge of how business operates
• An open and inquisitive mind
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Agility to manage multiple clients and stakeholders
• Resilient and resourceful
• Most important, sense of humour!

The role is full time, based out of the Northampton town centre office/home with client visits as required.
