* ** Role Overview
** The Senior Manager, Talent Partner, is a strategic individual contributor who drives the adoption and impact of enterprise talent programs across the Eurasia region, with an initial focus on Europe. Reporting to the Talent COE, this role partners with HRBPs and business leaders to enable leadership development, succession planning, and organizational capability, ensuring programs are effectively implemented, locally relevant, and deliver measurable business impact.
** Key Responsibilities**
* ** Succession Planning & Talent Strategy**:
Lead the adoption of succession planning and talent review processes in Eurasia, enabling HRBPs and business leaders to identify, develop, and retain top talent and build a pipeline of ready-now and ready-next leaders.
* ** Leadership Development**:
Drive the implementation and adoption of leadership development strategies, coaching HRBPs and leaders on development priorities, and ensuring alignment with regional business needs.
* ** Leadership & Team Assessments**:
Lead assessment debriefs (e.g., 360 feedback, executive assessments) and provide insights to HRBPs and leaders to inform development planning and enhance leadership effectiveness.
* ** Program Effectiveness & Insights**:
Track and analyze program impact using KPIs, providing actionable, data-driven insights to guide talent decisions and continuous improvement of programs in the region.
* ** Enablement & Tools**:
Develop enablement tools, reports, and guidance to support HRBPs and business leaders in effectively applying talent programs locally.
* ** Trends & Thought Leadership**:
Monitor global and regional trends in leadership and talent management, integrate best practices into programs, and serve as a thought partner for HRBPs and leaders across Eurasia.
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field;
Master’s preferred.
* 7–10 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, or organizational development.
* Proven ability to coach, enable, and influence HRBPs and business leaders in a complex, matrixed organization.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and follow through on multiple talent initiatives.
* Experience analyzing and interpreting leadership and talent assessment insights to guide development and organizational effectiveness.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
* Comfortable being hands-on when required to ensure program delivery and impact.
