Due to rapid and continued growth, Wilson Recruitment is looking for a driven, commercially minded Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team.

The Role – 360 Recruitment Consultant
You’ll take full ownership of an industrial temps desk, with a strong focus on business development and revenue growth, including:

• Proactive sales, cold calling, and lead generation

• Winning new clients and growing existing accounts

• Negotiating terms of business and rates to maximise margin

• Building a strong, reliable candidate pipeline

• Managing bookings and fulfilment to exceed client expectations

• Advertising, interviewing, and screening candidates

• Participating in an on-call rota (including some weekends)

Working hours:

08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday

About You

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally running a temps desk

• Hungry, target-driven, and motivated by commission

• Confident closer with strong negotiation skills

• Commercial mindset with a focus on margin and growth

• Industrial recruitment experience is an advantage, but not essential

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
