Overview

We have an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Clinical Director to lead, mentor and manage a senior Vet team at a large, successful small animal veterinary practice in Northampton area, East Midlands.

• Full time opportunity with flexibility in hours and happy to consider working patterns although you would need to participate in a weekend rota.
• Practice is a successful, established and modern local group including a brand-new state of the art hospital with fantastic facilities and up to date technologies and equipment.
• Ideally you will be a confident, highly skilled clinician with proven experience in clinical decision making, developing clinical team members, and appraising clinical provision.
• Role requires you to manage a team of senior vets and branch heads, set clinical strategy and standards and to be responsible for driving clinical excellence.
• Fantastic East Midlands location near the Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire and Leicestershire borders with great transport links and easy access to city life and beautiful countryside.
• Relocation package available.

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
• Registered with the RCVS
• Confident, highly skilled clinician
• Experienced clinical leader
