Whether you're a Nurse looking for extra shifts to boost your income or a flexible job that fits around your lifestyle, if you're a UK Registered Nurse you can join our Nurse Staff Bank and, after completing a paid two-week induction, you'll have access to available nursing shifts at Badby Park, plus the potential future option to work bank shifts regionally at other Elysium services across the region.

There is no minimum number of hours that you need to work, although it is recommended to work as often as you can to ensure your induction knowledge and familiarity with the service is retained. Weekdays, nights and weekend shifts are regularly available, which are easy to view and book through an app. Within a few taps you'll have the nursing shifts at Badby Park secured that you want.

• You will be working alongside the clinical teams at Badby Park to care for people with neurological illnesses, acquired brain and spinal cord injuries.
• Deliver person-centred care where each individual is at the heart of everything you do.
• Support a specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care service set in acres of stunning countryside on the outskirts of Daventry.

• A relevant nursing qualification
• NMC registration
• Previous experience in a similar setting
• Strong team‑working skills
• A high level of self‑motivation and a flexible approach
• A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
• A good sense of humour
