We are currently recruiting part-time Care Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team, providing high-quality care to people in their own homes across Wellingborough, Kettering, and Northampton
.

As a Care Assistant, you will support individuals with daily living tasks, helping them remain independent, safe, and comfortable in their own homes.

• Must be able to work weekends
• No school runs
• No restricted hours – flexibility is essential
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
• Must have own vehicle
• Must have business insurance or be willing to obtain it prior to commencement of work
• Caring, reliable, and compassionate nature
• Good communication skills
• Experience preferred but not essential (full training provided)

• 30p per mile mileage paid between calls
