Base pay range: £12.71 – £13.81 per hour (actual pay based on skills and experience).

As a Senior Care Assistant you will look after the different needs of residents, supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You will also support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews, and always respect the dignity and preferences of residents while creating a warm, орг welcoming and vibrant environment.

You should hold an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and demonstrate specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. Warm‑hearted, compassionate and committed to giving each resident individualized care and support are essential. Ongoing training opportunities allow career progression to roles such as Care Practitioner, Regional Carer or nursing.
