Health Care Assistants – Northamptonshire

We're hiring Health Care Assistants to join our team in the Northamptonshire area.

Salary & Benefits: £13.00–£15.00 per hour, holiday pay, pension, referral bonuses (£200 for a Support Worker, £300 for an RMN/RNLD).

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing high-quality, person‑centred care tailored to individual needs.
Supporting clients in achieving their rehabilitation and development goals.
Assisting with daily living tasks and meaningful activities.
Facilitating community engagement and social participation.
Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Managing complex behaviours and associated risks.
Providing specialist support for individuals with acquired brain injuries, mental health difficulties & learning disabilities.

Requirements

MAPA/PMVA preferred but not essential; full training is provided.
