Children’s Support Worker

### About the Role As a
** Children’s Support Worker**, you’ll work closely with children and young people who have a range of complex needs and disabilities — including Autism, SEN, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities. You’ll play a vital role in helping each child live safely, confidently, and with greater independence.### Duties
* Supporting children with everyday tasks and community activities
* Encouraging self-expression, communication, and social interaction
* Providing personal care and assistance (bathing, washing, toileting)
* Light domestic tasks (laundry, changing beds, general tidying)
* Supporting positive attitudes across all cultural backgrounds and beliefs
* Promoting inclusion, independence, and confidence
* Maintaining accurate records and upholding confidentiality###
