We are currently working on behalf of a public sector client to recruit to a Housing Officer on a permanent basis in Northamptonshire.

Responsibilities of the Housing Officer includes:

• Delivering an effective housing management service, including tenancy management and enforcement
• Supporting the delivery of an effective income collection service where needed
• Dealing with elements of ASB
• Undertaking an effective lettings service where needed
• Ensuring neighbourhoods are safe and clean

Requirements of the Housing Officer includes:

• UK Driving License
• Basic DBS
