Property Operations Support Officer – Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service
JOB PURPOSE
- To effectively support the Deputy Property Operations Manager to deliver and make well informed decisions concerning property management, develop reports based upon reliable and accurate information.
- To support the work of the Enabling Services Commercial and Property Team, by ensuring adherence to legislative and non-legislative guidance and requirements for the safe affective delivery of property services.
- To become a skilled resource in the preparation, implementation and testing of business continuity plans, fire evacuation plans etc. to support the maintenance and monitoring of the Area Risk Register.
