Role: Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

I am delighted to be recruiting a FP&A Analyst for a fast-growing international business at an exciting stage of its UK expansion. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious FP&A professional to play a key role in shaping financial processes, supporting strategic growth, and partnering with senior stakeholders in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting and reforecast cycles
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning and strategic initiatives
- Produce monthly management reporting including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and KPIs
- Deliver debt analysis and associated reporting
- Provide ROI reporting and in depth financial analysis
- Analyse variances against budget and forecast, providing clear commentary to senior stakeholders
- Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide insight and challenge assumptions
- Support investment appraisals, capital expenditure reviews and M&A activity
- Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, systems and reporting tools
- Present financial insights to senior leadership and contribute to board level discussions
- Qualified or part qualified accountant such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical capability with advanced financial modelling skills
- Advanced Excel skills with experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence non finance stakeholders
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence to challenge constructively
- High attention to detail with the ability to think strategically
- Collaborative approach with strong relationship building skills
- Proactive mindset and able to work effectively to tight deadlines
- Experience with in a multinational organisation
- Background in a fast paced or high growth environment
- Exposure to capital intensive operations, investment appraisal or M&A
