Senior Payroll Executive

You'll be part of a collaborative team delivering high-quality payroll services across a diverse client portfolio, ranging in size, sector, and payroll requirements. This role offers genuine exposure to complex payrolls, process improvement, and the chance to play a key part in a team that's continuing to evolve.

The Role:

• End-to-end payroll processing for a varied client base
• Managing multiple payrolls with differing pay frequencies and complexities
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships
• Ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and adherence to deadlines
• Supporting with year-end processes, pensions, statutory payments, and audits
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and supporting system or procedural changes
• Providing guidance and support to junior team members where required

About You:

• Proven experience in a senior or end-to-end payroll role, ideally within a bureau or multi-client environment
• Confident managing complex payroll queries and multiple deadlines
• Strong technical payroll knowledge with a high level of attention to detail
• Comfortable communicating with clients and stakeholders at all levels
• Proactive mindset with an interest in improving processes and ways of working
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a growing environment
