🚀 Temporary Management Accountant – January start | Northampton

Warner Recruitment is thrilled to partner with a well‑established, growing national company based in Northampton
. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Part Qualified, Fully Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA), or QBE (Qualified by Experience) Management Accountant to join a dynamic finance team on a temporary basis to cover planned leave.

• Start Date: January
• Duration: temp to potential permanent
• Handover: Full handover provided by the current Management Accountant

• Prepare monthly management accounts
• P&L reporting and forecasting
• Month‑end close and reporting
• Weekly performance reports
• Quarterly cash‑flow forecasting
• Budget setting and variance analysis
• Balance sheet reconciliations
  
  Build relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
• Report directly to the Financial Controller

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA Part or Fully Qualified, or QBE (Qualified by Experience)
• Strong Excel skills and financial acumen
• Confident communicator across finance and non‑finance teams
• Proactive, assertive, and able to work independently
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
