Hybrid after 6 months (2 days from home)

£55k to £60k plus 15 per cent bonus and benefits

We are supporting a long-established manufacturing business with this important hire. We are looking for a qualified FP&A Accountant who enjoys using data to understand trends, improve forecasting and support confident decision making. If you like variety, pace and being close to the heart of a site, this role will suit you well.

You will work closely with the Finance Director across planning, reporting, cash management and compliance, while partnering with teams across operations. A key part of the job is using data in a practical and helpful way, looking at what the numbers are telling you and helping strengthen future plans.

• Budgeting, forecasting and longer-term planning.
• Month end reporting, weekly KPIs and management accounts.
• Reviewing data to spot trends, risks and opportunities.
• Supporting cost accounting and helping refine ERP processes.
• Cash flow management and treasury reporting.
• Audit, SOX and financial compliance.
• Ad hoc analysis to support operational and commercial decisions.

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Experience in FP&A, management accounting or commercial finance.
• Comfortable working with data and turning it into clear insight.
• Confident communicator who enjoys partnering with non-finance teams.
• Strong systems skills. Excel, Power
  
  BI, Oracle or similar.
• Someone who can balance accuracy with wider business understanding.
