As a Health & Safety Advisor
, you will be the face of safety across various sites, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained while fostering a positive safety culture. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Conducting site inspections and comprehensive audits.
• Providing practical, solution-oriented advice to site management and operational teams.
• Assisting in the development of RAMS and ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations.
• Leading incident investigations and implementing preventative measures.
• Delivering engaging toolbox talks and safety briefings.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator who understands the nuances of a live site environment. To be successful, you should have:

• Proven Experience: A solid track record in H&S within Construction,
  Civil Engineering, or Utilities
• Qualifications: NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate
