An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Geoenvironmental Engineer to join a growing consultancy team based in Northampton. This role is ideal for a motivated graduate looking to develop a career within geoenvironmental engineering and contaminated land, working on a diverse range of projects across the UK.

The Role

As a Graduate Geoenvironmental Engineer, you will support senior engineers and consultants in the delivery of site investigation and environmental assessment projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with Phase 1 Desk Studies and Preliminary Risk Assessments

Supporting intrusive site investigations, including soil and groundwater sampling

Logging soil and rock samples

Assisting with factual and interpretative report writing

Liaising with laboratories, contractors, and internal teams

Supporting risk assessments and remediation strategies

Undertaking site work across Northamptonshire and the wider UK

About You

Degree in Geology, Geoenvironmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Earth Sciences, or a related discipline

Strong interest in geoenvironmental engineering and contaminated land

Willingness to undertake site-based work in varying conditions

Good written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively

Full UK driving licence (or working towards one)
