M&E Account Manager | Specialist in Management & Commercial Staff

Some roles open because something’s gone wrong. Not the case here. The workload has grown and consequently, there are two seats at the table for experienced Mechanical Estimators who want to be busy for the right reasons.

This is an established M&E contractor with a strong pipeline across student accommodation, care homes, luxury apartments and hotels – typically £10m–£50m schemes. Proper projects, properly resourced, with an estimating team at the core of the wider business.

• Work office-based in Northamptonshire, collaborating closely with the Estimating Director and the wider pre-construction team.
• Provide mechanical estimates for projects ranging from £10m to £50m in scope.
• Handle complex mechanical packages, ensuring estimates see a job through properly.
• Be an integral part of the engine room of the business, working in a hands‑on, collaborative environment.

• Experience as a Mechanical Estimator on complex mechanical packages.
• Ability to see a job through properly, valuing a stable, growing team over firefighting in isolation.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, office‑based setting.
