One of the UK's leading construction and property consultancies are currently seeking an experienced and highly capable CDM Consultant to assist in the delivery of a varied portfolio of projects. Projects predominantly across Northampton and the surrounding counties.

This organisation are seeking a CDM Consultant as they continue to expand and be involved in an ever growing list of industrial, commercial and logistics developments across the region.

The successful CDM Consultant will be involved in the full array of CDM and Principal Designer duties across multiple projects.

• Deliver CDM advisory and Principal Designer services.
• Review design risk and project documentation.
• Attend site inspections and client meetings.
• Review pre-construction information and H&S documentation.
• Liaise with designers, contractors and clients.

• Understand CDM Regulations and compliance.

• £50,000 to £60,000 per annum (DOE)
