About The Role
Based in school, our Ethos Youth Worker provides tailored support to students, offering interventions and mentoring to address challenges like low self-esteem, anxiety, and behavioural difficulties. They collaborate across the curriculum to embed a values‑based approach to learning and create safe spaces, supporting students’ personal, social, and academic development.
Location & Working Hours- Based at:
Elizabeth Woodville School, Roade - Part‑time: 22.5 hours per week, all‑year‑round role
- Salary:
Circa £25,000 (pro rata, full‑time hours: 37.5) - Closing date: 7/04/2026
