Responsibilities- Assist teachers in delivering curriculum for students with SEN
- Support the implementation of Individual Learning Plans (ILPs)
- Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Provide one-to-one and small group support as required
- Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to support student progress
- Relevant experience working with SEN students (mandatory)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to inclusive education
- Ability to work independently and manage flexible hours
