. We are offering both flexible supply opportunities and longer-term positions with full teaching responsibilities

These roles offer the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of pupils with additional needs while working within supportive school environments. Many of the schools we work with support pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and moderate to complex learning difficulties.

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
• Adapt teaching strategies to support pupils with a variety of special educational needs
• Assess and monitor pupil progress in line with school expectations
• Complete marking and provide constructive feedback to support student development
• Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and pastoral teams
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to student reviews where required
• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across SEN settings
• Supporting pupils with additional needs in a structured classroom environment
• Maintaining positive classroom management and engagement

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Have experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs (desirable)
• Demonstrate strong classroom management and adaptability
• Be compassionate, patient, and committed to inclusive education
• Be able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
