Cover Supervisor - Secondary Schools (Northampton)

We're recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Northampton. Ideal for anyone with experience working with young people and looking to gain school-based experience.
About the Role- Supervise classes in the teacher's absence
- Deliver pre planned lessons
- Manage classroom behaviour
- Support students' learning
- Experience working with young people (teaching, coaching, tutoring, youth work etc.)
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Confident leading a classroom
- DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
- Right to work in the UK
