This school is an independent specialist provision that supports students aged 11-16 with SEMH needs. We offer a nurturing environment that allows students to develop emotionally and academically. With up to 30 students in the school, you'll have the space and time to build meaningful connections and truly see the impact of your work.

You'll join a team of skilled, compassionate professionals who are dedicated to making education accessible and impactful for every student. Our staff go beyond the curriculum to make sure every student feels valued, supported, and understood.

• Deliver engaging, differentiated Secondary lessons across subjects
• Create a safe, encouraging space for students to learn and grow
• Help students build confidence in their abilities and work towards their academic goals
• Work collaboratively with an experienced, supportive team
• Be a positive influence, helping students not only academically, but emotionally too

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching Secondary-level students
• A motivating, adaptable, and compassionate teaching style
• A passion for inclusive education and helping students overcome barriers to learning
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
