What You'll Be Doing

Leading whole-class and small-group learning in the teacher's absence, using pre-planned, SEN-friendly materials Providing high-quality 1:1 support for pupils with diverse needs (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, Speech & Language, and more) Helping shape differentiated lessons and creating inclusive, engaging learning resources Using specialist strategies to support communication, emotional regulation, sensory needs, and positive behaviour Monitoring progress and contributing to EHCP reviews and personalised learning plans Creating a calm, nurturing and structured environment where every pupil can succeed

? We're Looking For

HLTA status or equivalent qualification Strong SEN experience-school, specialist provision, or care backgrounds all welcome Solid understanding of SEND strategies and behaviour support approaches Excellent communication skills, patience, resilience, and a caring mindset Confidence working across a mix of needs, ages, and classroom environments
