Are you a passionate, resilient and creative Teacher who thrives on making a real difference for young people who need it most? An Alternative Provision in Northampton is looking for committed SEN Teachers to join their team on a full‑time, long‑term basis.

This is an opportunity to work with secondary‑aged learners who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH). The provision is dedicated to helping students re‑engage with learning through tailored, meaningful and inspiring education and they're looking for Teachers who share that mission.

• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons for secondary learners
• Creating a safe, supportive and consistent learning environment
• Building positive relationships that encourage confidence, resilience and progress
• Working collaboratively with a skilled, nurturing team
• Committing to a full‑time, Monday‑Friday role with long‑term continuity in Northampton, Northamptonshire

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching secondary‑aged learners
• Strong understanding of SEMH needs and trauma‑informed practice
• Ability to adapt teaching to meet individual needs
• A calm, empathetic and proactive approach
• Full‑time availability and commitment to a long‑term position
• Commutable to Northampton, Northamptonshire
