Are you passionate about helping young people re-engage with learning? An Alternative Provision in Northampton is seeking an enthusiastic Unqualified Teacher with strong skills in core subjects to join their dedicated team on a full-time, long-term basis.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident, adaptable and motivated to support secondary-aged learners with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH). If you can build trust, spark curiosity and bring learning to life, this setting will value you.

• Delivering engaging, structured lessons across core subjects (English, Maths, Science)
• Supporting learners who may have experienced disrupted education
• Creating a calm, consistent and nurturing learning environment
• Building positive relationships that encourage progress and confidence
• Working collaboratively with a supportive, specialist team
• Committing to a full-time, Monday Friday position with long-term continuity in Northampton, Northamptonshire

• Strong subject knowledge in core subjects
• Experience supporting or teaching secondary-aged learners
• Understanding of SEMH needs or willingness to learn
• A patient, resilient and empathetic approach
• Ability to adapt teaching to meet individual needs
• Full-time availability and commitment to a long-term role in Northampton, Northamptonshire.
