Are you passionate about helping students overcome challenges and unlock their full potential? A welcoming college in Northamptonshire is looking for a dedicated Success Coach to join their team on a full-time, term-time only, permanent basis.

This is a chance to make a real difference - you'll provide 1:1 coaching, deliver personal development sessions, and collaborate with curriculum and wellbeing teams to support learners holistically. Location: Northamptonshire Contract: Permanent, Full Time, Term Time Only Salary: £21,729.81- £23,711.54 per annum What You'll Bring:- A Coaching Qualification (desirable: ILM, Life Coaching, etc.)- Level 3 qualification or experience in coaching, mentoring, education or student support is desirable
- Minimum Grade C in GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent)- Mental Health First Aid & Safeguarding Qualifications (or willingness to obtain)- Knowledge of student engagement, personal development, and safeguarding Understanding of barriers to learning, social mobility, and inclusion strategies
