A leading college in Northamptonshire is looking for a Teaching Innovation Coach to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on empowering others, driving innovation, and shaping high-quality teaching across the curriculum.

You’ll play a key role in influencing and enhancing teaching standards across the college. This includes:

• Coaching and mentoring teaching staff to strengthen lesson planning, delivery, assessment and learner engagement
• Embedding innovative teaching strategies and supporting continuous improvement
• Conducting lesson observations and learning walks
• Providing constructive feedback with clear, actionable development plans

• A degree and a relevant teaching qualification
• Experience teaching, coaching or mentoring within Further or Higher Education
• Strong understanding of student engagement, differentiation, and inclusive teaching
• Solid knowledge of quality assurance processes

Salary: £34,492 – £41,400 per annum
