Early Years Educator

Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, dedicated and forward-thinking Early Years Educator to join our well-established nursery team at Highfield Nursery School, Zero Hour, Term Time only, Fixed term Contract until July 2026 - 16 hours with possibility of additional hours.

• The role will be varied and will include working with overseeing the creation and implementation of individual plans to enable pupils to access the curriculum; reviewing and assessing pupil progress and targets; liaising with external agencies and providing pastoral support to pupils and their families.

This will be a fulfilling and rewarding role where you will be making a difference to children’s learning and progress.

• Has experience of working with Early Years and must be Early Years qualified. Training is offered for candidates who wish to develop their expertise.
• Possesses outstanding communication skills and can work well in teams
• Has a thorough understanding of child protection and safeguarding issues
