Cover Supervisor; Temporary

Position: Cover Supervisor (Temporary)
We are currently recruiting reliable and confident Cover Supervisors to work in a range of primary and secondary schools. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain classroom experience or pursue a career in education.

The Role:

Supervising classes during teacher absence
Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and instructions
Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
Supporting pupils to stay on task and complete their work
Following school policies and safeguarding procedures
Reporting back to teaching staff at the end of lessons

The Ideal Candidate :

Has experience working with children or young people (school experience desirable)
Is confident managing a classroom environment
Has strong communication and organisational skills
Is reliable, flexible and professional

All candidates who register with Simply Education are required to provide references for the previous 2 years of work, as well as complete an enhanced DBS check. Any interviews we hold will be conducted over a Teams call.
