Responsibilities
  • Inputting details onto SIMS/ARBOR/BROMCOM
  • Answering phones and taking messages
  • Typing of letters and memos
  • Filing, faxing and photocopying
  • Dealing with parents and pupils
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Advantageous that applicants have some school administration experience and be proficient on SIMS/ARBOR/BROMCOM. However, applicants with strong administration experience in a similar sector will also be considered.
  • You must be willing to work on a temporary basis between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. There will be full-time and part-time positions available throughout the school year, running for varying durations. There may be an opportunity to move to a permanent contract within the schools, although this is NOT guaranteed.
  • Fully register with Aspire People, including providing Right to Work documents and obtaining an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS (processed by Aspire People) at a cost of £47.20 (unless you already have one registered on the Update Service).
