At Aspire People, we are looking for a Maths Teacher (UK QTS) to join a well-established secondary school in Northamptonshire that is committed to providing high-quality education and fostering a love of learning. The supportive and dynamic team at the school is dedicated to helping every student achieve their full potential in a nurturing environment.

The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Qualified Maths Teacher to join a thriving Maths department. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and effective lessons, inspire students, and contribute to the wider school community.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons to Key Stages 3, 4, and possibly 5.

* Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.

* Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners.

* Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives.

* Support students in exam preparation and revision.

* Engage with parents and staff to support student achievement.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

* Proven experience teaching Maths at secondary level.

* Strong subject knowledge and passion for Maths education.

* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

* Commitment to student development and continuous professional growth.
